The award ceremony was held At House of Commons, British Parliament on 14 September 2023. The certificate was bestowed to Dr. Vishwapati Trivedi, IAS by Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi, Chairperson, Law Commission of India and  Mr. Santosh Shukla, President & CEO, World Book of Records, United Kingdom. Significantly, Dr. Vishwapati Trivedi, IAS, served as the Business Head of Air-India Express. He served as the Managing Director of Indian Airlines. He was the Special Secretary/Additional Secretary and Finance Advisor, Ministry of Home Affairs. He has served as Joint Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry and Senior Economist, Office of Treasurer of International Monetary Fund. He served as Joint Managing Director of National Aviation Company of India Limited until April 1, 2008. He served as the Joint Managing Director of Air India Limited until April 1, 2008. He has around 36 years of work experience. He served as Part-time Member of Airports Authority of India. He served as the Chairman of Airline Allied Services Limited. He served as the Chairman of Air India Limited and Indian Airlines. He served as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of REPCO Home Finance Limited from September 8, 2008 to August 3, 2012. He served as a Director of National Aviation Company of India Limited. He served as a Director of Airports Authority of India from April 17, 2006 to July 5, 2006.
