The Bar Council of Gujarat organized an Oath-Taking Ceremony for 11,600 newly enrolled advocates, simultaneously at a single location
Ahmedabad – Bar Council of Gujarat has created a new history on 9 March 2025 for organizing the Oath Taking Ceremony of 11,600 newly enrolled advocates on the State roll of the Bar Council under gracious presence of Union Home Minister of India Amit Shah and Chief Minister of Gujarat Bhupendrabhai Patel.
On this historic occasion, the Home Minister of India Amit Shah, was present as the chief guest and he called it a golden day for the judicial system of Gujarat. World Book of Records certificate was presented to the Chairman of the Bar Council of Gujarat, J.J. Patel. Many eminent personalities including Law Minister Ruishikesh Patel, Bar Council of India Chairman and MP Manan Kumar Mishra, Senior Advocate Ashwin Trivedi, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta and Advocate General Kamal Trivedi were present at this grand ceremony. All of them appreciated this extraordinary achievement and congratulated the new lawyers.
